Q: I planted Climbing Roses in the spring but only got a few blooms on them. Is there a problem with the bush?
A: Most Climbing Roses bloom on 2 year old canes. There are a few varieties that will produce some blooms on the 1st. year canes. If the bush was planted in a well drained area, with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day & the bush grew well, then the bush is preforming as it supposed to & you will see an abundance of blooms next spring.

Q: When should I prune my roses?
A: Roses may be pruned at any time after they go dormant for the winter and until just before they break dormancy in early spring.

Q: Do you have "True Black" roses?
A: Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a "true black" rose. The term "black" pretaining to roses is somewhat misleading. Black roses are in fact a super dark red that may have the appearance, at first glance, of being black, but upon close inspection you can see that is actually a very dark red. The closest variety to black that we offer is "Ink spots" .
